Fortunately, he is now stable, but the experience continues to highlight the immense pressures she balances as both a mother and a business owner. Despite being advised early on to sell her business and focus solely on caregiving, Torie chose to persevere with her dream. She frequently expresses gratitude for the incredible team at Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort, crediting them for making 2024 the most successful year in the resort’s history and helping to name the Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort a "Best of the Springs" hotel in The Gazette for the second year in a row.
